What to expect
- I reply to all support emails personally, usually within 1–3 business days.
- For data deletion requests, I'll confirm receipt and complete the request within 7 days.
- App bugs get prioritized — if something is broken, say so in the subject line.
- Feature requests are always welcome, even if I can't promise a timeline.
