Rules governing your use of the Zoomie ID app.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zoomie ID mobile app. Developer: Roman Karasev. Contact: me@romankarasev.com.

By using the app you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. App features

  • Pet and owner profiles.
  • Health records, events, tasks.
  • Documents and attachments.
  • Financial records.
  • Premium features via subscription.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date and for securing access to your device.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Some features are available by subscription. Payments and refunds are governed by App Store rules and Apple policies.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the app for illegal activity.
  • Do not bypass technical restrictions or access controls.
  • Do not interfere with the service or its infrastructure.

5. User content

You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant the developer a limited right to process your data solely to provide app features.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page.
