1. What data we process

  • Account data: email, technical user ID, authentication session.
  • Profile data: name, avatar, settings (currency, units of measurement, etc.).
  • Pet data: name, breed, sex, age, photos, notes.
  • Records: health, events, tasks, expenses, documents and attachments.
  • Technical data: app version and diagnostic logs to the extent needed for stable operation.

2. Purposes of processing

  • Providing app features (account, pet profiles, history and records).
  • Syncing data across devices.
  • Managing subscriptions and verifying access to premium features.
  • User support and security.

3. Legal basis

  • Performance of the user agreement.
  • User consent (where required).
  • Compliance with applicable law.

4. Data retention

Data is retained until the user deletes their account or until the purposes of processing are fulfilled, unless a longer period is required by law.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. Sharing is limited to technical providers necessary for the service (cloud infrastructure and Apple's payment platform).

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls and secure data transmission channels.

7. Your rights

  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your account and associated data.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Account and data deletion

You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

If you cannot delete your account through the app, send a request to me@romankarasev.com with the subject "Zoomie ID account deletion".
