How to delete your account and all associated data from Zoomie ID.

1. How to delete your account
Open Zoomie ID and go to: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
2. What happens after deletion
- Your user profile is deleted.
- Pet cards and associated records are deleted.
- Authentication data is deleted and deactivated.
3. Deletion timeline
Core data is deleted automatically when you submit the request. Backups and technical logs may be retained for a limited period as required by security practices and applicable law.
4. If you cannot delete via the app

Subject: Zoomie ID account deletion
Please include your account email and, if possible, your user ID.
Requests are processed within 7 days.
